How quickly will you reply?
We reply to emails within one business day. WhatsApp is the fastest route for order questions.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled only before they are dispatched. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible; once an order has shipped it is handled as a return.
Where can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. You can also follow it in your DIID account – see Order Tracking.
